1. Shipping Methods
We offer the following shipping options for domestic and international orders:
Standard Shipping (USPS): Estimated 5–7 business days for domestic orders,
10–21 business days for international orders.
Expedited Shipping (DHL): Estimated 2–3 business days for domestic orders,
5–10 business days for international. Additional charges may apply.
Free Shipping: Orders over KSh 5,000 qualify for free standard shipping within
the continental United States.
2. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been assigned a tracking number, we are unable to cancel or modify it. You may cancel an order within 6 hours of placement by contacting us at hello@herbo.com.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order, your delivery address, and the selected shipping method. A flat rate of KSh 5.99 applies to standard domestic orders under KSh 5,000.
4. International Shipping
For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and any fees imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer. Herbo is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
